Laboratory consist of the latest equipment, as well as expendable materials required for PCR diagnostics: sterile tips, tubes, racks for tubes and dispensers. Assay reagents are updated in a timely manner.Laboratory diagnostics complies with international standards.
The laboratory includes the following working areas: reception, registration, analysis and primary processing of material; DNA / RNA isolation; preparation of reaction mixtures and PCR; detection of amplification products by electrophoresis or HIFA.
PCR analysis in the laboratory takes place in three stages:
- DNA isolation
- Amplification of DNA fragments
- Amplification DNA Product Detection
- The quality of all laboratory work performed is checked by state regulatory authorities and meets all objective requirements.
